5 easy steps to displaying gridlines in a Microsoft Word document

Working in Word can be much easier if you know how to display gridlines in the document because this enables you to align your documents more easily and reduce the time you spend editing your work.   3. The gridlines should now be visible in your document.
  4. To hide the gridlines, press Alt + Shift + F9 again.
  5. You can also toggle the display of gridlines by going to View > Show/Hide > Gridlines.
  6. When you are done working with gridlines, it is important to remember to save your work.
